   The principle we follow in woodlot management is sustainable forestry, which in it's truest form is really just being good stewards of the land God has blessed us with.

   Dead, dying & diseased trees suppress the growth of a healthy forest adding to its degeneration. It is our intent to maintain the forest, sustaining it by first harvesting the dead trees, then the diseased trees and finally healthy timber as it can benefit the young saplings.

  "Worst trees first"  is our motto. These trees can be harvested for sale purposes, while at the same time making room for regeneration of our woodlot and improving the wildlife habitat surrounding us.

   It is also our intent to take each felled tree and use it to its fullest extent, value adding to each step of the process, taking the lumber all the way from harvest to market. Thus, using the resources in our woodlot to their fullest capacity and reducing the number of trees that will be needed to sustain operations & provide a livelihood.

   Our vision is growth for the future - to grow a healthy forest and provide for further harvesting in future generations.
